Peer Support
Professional Services
We provide professional services for peer support programmes including training, consultancy and workforce development.
PEER LEADS
ACTION LEARNING SETS
Our Peer Leads Action Learning Sets are groups of up to four peer workforce leads that share learning and support each other to progress current projects they are working on. They enable peer leads up and down the country to share good practice, support each other and build an evidence base for their work at a leadership and organisational level.
Membership of an Action Learning Set includes online group meetings, access to the peer leads online forum, attendance at an annual 3-day in-person knowledge sharing event, and connections into our wider network of peer leaders. We recruit to new action learning sets annually in January and July. Each membership costs £1,500 and runs for 12 months, though the connections and relationships you will build will last much longer. Membership is by application only, and we will match you to a group that is most appropriate to your workplace, role and projects.
Our peer support professional services
Strategy | Practice | Training | Workforce
If you're looking to implement peer support in your organisation or develop and expand your existing workforce, our professional services could be just what you need.

We work with NHS, statutory, voluntary and peer-led organisations across the UK to develop peer support workforces. The best work we do is when we work with peer leads in organisations to develop their strategy and infrastructure. We are experienced in providing leadership supervision and mentoring, business consultancy services and collaborating on strategic business planning. We also offer off-the-shelf or bespoke peer support training for leaders, supervisors and peer support practice.
Our specialty is working with peer support programmes and leaders that are new in post, are stuck, are looking to expand at scale or are trying to realise the next step in their strategic vision for their workforces. We also have a limited number of places available for leadership supervision and/or one to one development and mentoring.
All our work is based in the values and principles of grassroots peer support and benefits from a vast knowledge base of existing and emerging expertise in lived experience, survivor and peer community development and practice.
